Salmon Veracruz


Salmon Veracruz satisfies everyone’s pallet with delicious Alaskan-waters fish, salsa for those who love sweet, and capers for those who prefer a more savory meal.

Salmon Veracruz


  • 1 lb wild caught Alaskan salmon
  • 2 cups salsa (homemade or check ingredients)
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • ¼ cup green or black olives
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ tsp salt & pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Put salmon in a baking dish.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over salmon.
  4. Bake for about 10-15 minutes.
